Delete your Gatherly account

You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app.

In the app

Open Profile & settings, choose Delete my account, and confirm using the email verification code.

Without the app

Email privacy@gatherlyapp.co.uk with the subject “Gatherly account deletion”. Send from your account email where possible. Chris Papacosta operates Gatherly and handles these requests. We will verify the request before removing information.

What deletion removes

Your account, membership and search records, your uploaded photos, and events you host, including their shared photos. This affects other members of those hosted events. Storage-file deletion is queued and retried if needed.

Photos uploaded by other people in events you do not host remain. Contact us to request removal of a photo that depicts you. Independently saved copies and provider backups or operational records may remain separately. See the privacy policy.

If you have only used a guest session, contact us with the event details so we can help identify the relevant records. Do not email a verification code or selfie.
